General Competition Rules
Promotions are open to all residents of the UK, aged 16 or over (unless otherwise specified) and excludes employees of Middleton Grange Shopping Centre, Middleton Grange stores, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
Only one entry per person. No purchase is necessary.
There is no cash alternative and the prize is non transferable. Please allow 28 days for delivery where appropriate.
The judges decision is final. The name of the prize winner will be available by post, on receipt of an SAE at the promoters agent; AL Marketing, 31 Salisbury Square, Old Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL9 5JD. The winner may be required to take part in any reasonable, related publicity. Promoter: Middleton Grange Shopping Centre.
Tall Ships Competition Rules
- The competition is not open to employees of Middleton Grange.
- The prize is not exchangeable and is valid only for Saturday 7th August at the times advised and on the Wylde Swan.
- No cash alternative will be offered.
- Only one entry per person will be counted.
- Entrants will be compiled between 00:01 on Monday 7th June 2010 until 00:00 on Sunday 11th July 2010.
- The winner will be chosen at random after these dates and contacted by Sunday 25th July 2010.
- The management reserves the right to amend, remove or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
- The Vessel(s) is/are insured for Public Liability, against loss or damage to the Skippers, Crew or Third Parties.
- In the event of an accident or injury to any of his party whilst on board a vessel, the Customer shall immediately inform the Skipper of the relevant vessel and shall report the details to the Company in writing.
- The Company shall not be held liable for any injury to the Customer or any member of his party. Nor will the company be held liable for any loss of or damage to any property of the Customer or any member of his party howsoever occasioned.
- The Customer shall make good all loss of or damage to any of the linen, plates, glass, crockery, cutlery, carpets, upholstery, furniture and all other stores, gear, equipment and furnishings of every kind belonging to the Vessel(s) and shall fully indemnify the Company against the consequences of any act or omission of the Customer or any member of his party.
- The Customer acknowledges that he is aware that the vessel(s) may be classic or historic vessel(s) that do not necessarily incorporate the latest marine technology and that those on board are required to exercise a correspondingly higher degree of responsibility for their own safety, for example with regard to slight restrictions of headroom and steepness of stairways etc.
